I never received a 'Reset my password' email confirmation

Often, the networks that universities set up block particular emails they deem as spam.


As our 'Reset my password' email is automatically generated, these are occasionally blocked depending on the settings made by each institution's network setup.


  1. Try using a different network when resetting your password (tethering off your mobile phone, or trying on a different wifi network).
  2. If the above fails, please quit an re-open your email client.
